No food experience is complete without delicious and unique cocktails, and for that we have a full service craft cocktail bar as well. Come and experience the magic of Inchin's Bamboo Garden!

In cities with a Chinatown, weekend mornings bring dim sum carts or order sheets, and lines form early at the most popular spots in Irving; walk-ins are standard and reservations are uncommon outside large banquet restaurants. Regional labels matter: Cantonese, Sichuan, Hunan, Shanghainese and Taiwanese kitchens cook very differently, so a restaurant's stated region is a better guide to the food than the word "Chinese" alone. Some smaller restaurants in Texas are BYOB with no corkage fee; call ahead to confirm. A tip of 15-20% is customary for table service but not expected at counter-order takeout. Spice level, MSG and allergen questions are normal to ask before ordering, and most kitchens are happy to leave an ingredient out or tone down the heat if you mention it when ordering rather than after the food arrives.

Irving is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. Getting around Irving is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Texas's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

Today we came here to have lunch with our family, and it was the worst experience weβve ever had. We ordered Schezwan fried rice, but it seemed spoiled. We also ordered noodles and specifically requested that they include both chicken and shrimp. However, the noodles only had shrimp and no chicken. When we brought this to their attention, the staff insisted that the chicken was already in the dish, even though it clearly wasnβt. Because of the poor quality of the food, we couldnβt even finish our meal. Despite this, they still charged us the full amount. To make matters worse, the person at the front desk was unhelpful and did not explain the situation properly. Overall, the food quality and customer service were very disappointing. We would not recommend this place.

I never post negative reviews ever but this 1 has to be posted so others know what to expect before they come. Worst food ever - it was all precooked food and served cold - we arrived around 7:00 PM only us and there was 1 table occupied. We ordered food and 5 minutes it was on the table - everything seemed leftover food and cold microwave heated. We informed them the very minute we need fresh food on rest of the order - 10 Minutes later the next item comes cold - we cancelled 2 times we had order and the final item came Cold as hell. Spoke to 2 associates both claimed we never informed them - I asked to review your cameras it not that yall so busy that you forgot the tables. We donβt finish any plates and it was the worse experience or food quality ever. The City health department should inspect this place - Be careful yall.

I am generally not a person who put an effort to write any reviews for restaurants as long as they give average service n food. But this restaurant was exceptionally bad. We ordered veg Hakka noodles n street side chow mein along with other items. But we couldnβt tell any difference between two types of noodles. None of items were even average tasty. We were two adults with 4 below 10 yrs old kids and they charged us gratuity calling it large party of 6. I was not expecting that. There was a time before Covid I used to love their food but I was truly disappointed today.

As someone from Mumbai who grew up on Chinese Bhel, this was the worst type of Chinese Bhel Iβve ever experienced. Trust me and AVOID THIS PLACE AT ANY COST. The entire restaurant was empty and that shouldβve been the first sign. The owner did not even bother to come ask why we left our plates full and asked for the cheque.

The taste and quantity of the food is very much appreciated, but the service can be much better. Even during the peak hours( Fri-Sun evening), we found only one/two person handling almost all the tables, including taking orders, clearing the dishes. The prices are very nominal and one of the best Indo Chinese restaurants. Update Jan 2025 - The service still remained the same and slow, the dishes were served a bit cold. They should definitely hire a few more people to handle the crowd
